Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of Management Quality on company and employee performance. Quality Management has a very important role in achieving organizational success. In this case, we used qualitative research methods to explore the relationship between effective management and company and employee performance outcomes. This research uses a qualitative research approach, focusing on case studies and descriptive analysis. Specific case studies to determine the impact of their Management Quality on their performance. So this type of research is explanatory. Explanatory research is research that intends to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship and influence between one variable and another variable. The aim is to provide insight into the complexity of these relationships and provide guidance to organizations in their efforts to promote better management practices and improved Corporate and Employee Performance. Based on conditions in the field, employees are satisfied with the supervision and promotional opportunities provided by the company, but are still less satisfied with their relationships with co-workers and the amount of salary they receive. As is known, teamwork is an important thing that is most desired by employees, so if teamwork can run well and effectively, it is hoped that the relationship between employees and their co-workers can also be better. On the other hand, relatively low salary levels are also a trigger for employee dissatisfaction, coupled with quite large and even overlapping workloads so that the implementation of current salary standards is felt to be less than balanced.
