PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI HOTEL SANTIKA BANGKA
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Hotel Santika Bangka. This research approach uses quantitative research. The population of this research is all employees of Hotel Santika Bangka with 49 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using saturated sampling technique by using the entire population as a sample of 49 people. The analytical tools used in this study are descriptive analysis, data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The research results obtained show that: 1) There is a partial influence between competence on employee performance at Hotel Santika Bangka. 2) There is a partial influence between motivation on performance at Hotel Santika Bangka. 3) There is a partial influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Hotel Santika Bangka. 4) There is a simultaneous influence between Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Hotel Santika Bangka.
