ANALISIS PENGARUH SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP CUSTOMER LOYALTY DI BANK BTN SYARIAH MEULABOH
Abstract
This study was conducted to find out how service quality influences customer loyalty at Bank BTN Syariah KCPS Meulaboh. The data used in this research is quantitative. Therefore, quantitative methods can be defined as a research approach that aims to determine the extent to which an independent variable, namely (service quality), influences the dependent variable (customer loyalty) by utilizing a simple linear regression analysis technique, namely the t test. The population of this study is assumed to be 1,400 people in 2023. Therefore, the use of the Slovin formula is necessary to determine the number of samples to be taken. The number of samples collected in this study was 93 people. The sampling technique was carried out using the Accidental Sampling method. The results of this study show that Bank BTN Syariah Meulaboh customer loyalty is influenced by service quality.
